Serve as a trusted advisor to the Head Coach and staff to support the program's NIL vision while cultivating long-term partnerships essential to the sustained success of MTSU's basketball program, develop systems that maximize MTSU's resources and brand, and provide financial education to help student-athletes build a strong economic foundation.
