Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Budgeting
The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance and Budgeting will be a senior member of St. Olaf College Athletics' leadership team. This position oversees the Athletic Department’s operating budget and ensures compliance with institutional, NCAA, and MIAC rules and regulations. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Manage the Athletics Department’s financial operations, including oversight of pro card usage, monthly budget reconciliation, and maintenance of the shared Excel budget tracking system. 2. Hold regular meetings with unit budget managers to strategize optimal resource use, identify challenges, and foster a culture of budget compliance. 3. Manage all financial reporting, including the annual completion of the EADA Report. 4. Coordinate a comprehensive rules compliance program. 5. W
