Background: The Big Ten Fellow program provides annual funding for an entry-level administrative position at each member institution. The fellowship is intended to provide access, recruitment, and leadership development experience for candidates interested in college athletes. General position summary: The University of Oregon Big Ten Fellow will report directly to Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development and will assist Student-Athlete Development staff to develop and implement innovative programs and individualized support services that empower student-athletes to succeed in college and in life. The fellow will have the chance to interact with Athletic Department staff, campus colleagues, and community partners. The hours will include occasional nights and weekends.
