Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating team travel arrangements (hotels, buses, meals, expenses)
• Managing athletics purchasing, budget monitoring, and invoice reconciliation
• Overseeing risk management policies for facility use
• Scheduling and managing university vehicle use for athletic and university business
• Handling payment processing for invoices, officials, game-day staff, and camps
• Managing credit card reconciliations for the Athletics Department
• Partnering with the Business Office on internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Overseeing financial operations of the Fitness Center (budgets, wages, equipment)
• Working with external groups on rentals and agreements
• Ensuring compliance with NCAA, GLVC, MSFL, MIVA, and university regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience working in athletic administration
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate university vehicles

Salary: $46,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience.
