Job Responsibilities

• Maximizing ticket sales revenue and attendance at athletic events by making daily outbound sales calls for season tickets, mini plans and group tickets.
• Prospect and target new ticketing leads on campus and throughout the Jacksonville community.
• Process ticket orders using UNF’s ticketing software.
• Strengthen the excitement for UNF Athletics by building relationships with new and existing UNF fans through creating timely touch points.
• Manage Osprey Tickets email and phone line by answering all inbound calls and returning all inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist with the hiring, scheduling and training of event gameday ticketing staff.
• Act as the team lead during athletic events troubleshooting any ticketing or customer service issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Interested in ticketing sales, event management and athletics sports industry.
• Ability to manage time while multitasking and maintaining an organized database.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Full-time graduate student with no more than 4 classes (12 credit hours) each term
• Maintain a graduate UNF GPA of 3.0 or higher
• Must provide a current resume with cover letter
• Must not also work a full-time job

Must be willing to work long hours including nights, weekends and holidays in addition to weekly office hours scheduled around university classes.

Availability to work most ticketed athletic events is mandatory.
