Position Summary:
Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Player Development for Women's Basketball.

The candidate would be expected to assist the Head Coach with oversight in all areas of women's basketball operations, including video, technology, and administration; direct supervise team managers and practice players; facilitate weekly student-athlete academic and well-being check-in meetings; oversee study hall; ensure attendance at all practices; assist in on-campus recruiting; and work with the equipment manager for team apparel.

This is an in-person, on-campus; non-remote position.

Required Degree, License or Certifications:
Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software:
Must be able to utilize a variety of computer software programs in order to successfully complete assigned tasks, Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence

• A valid driver's license in your state of residence and have had no serious violations (Type A) within the past five (5) years and no more than three (3) moving violations (Type B) in the past three (3) years. University Policy found here:Monmouth University Vehicle Use Policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basketball coaching, playing, or managerial experience at the collegiate level.
• Video technology experience and an understanding of Synergy and ARMS software.
