About This Role: The Associate Athletics Director for Compliance reports directly to the Vice President, Director of Athletics and serves as the chief compliance officer for the athletics department. The successful candidate will lead the department’s compliance efforts, including education, monitoring, and enforcement, and will serve as a key advisor to the athletic director, senior staff and coaching staff on compliance matters. This position will ensure compliance operations are conducted in accordance with NCAA, Conference, Lamar University and Texas State University System (TSUS) rules and regulations. What You’ll Do – Position Responsibilities: •Oversee the day-to-day operations of the compliance office, including ensuring adherence to NCAA rules and regulations. Lead the
