GENERAL OBJECTIVES: The Assistant/Associate Director of Athletics for Compliance and Academics will assist the Director of Athletics in planning, supervision and conduct of all NCAA and club sport athletic programs. Responsibilities include ensuring the institution maintains compliance with all NCAA, Conference, State and Institutional rules and regulations as well as overseeing and implementing a comprehensive student-athlete academic support system and supervising specific sport programs within the department as a sport administrator, if applicable.
