This position oversees pledge processing which includes posting of pledges and issuance of accurate pledge reminders following policies and procedures. This position will also regularly review pledge reminder practices with development in order to streamline the process in a sustainable way. Any electronic pledge reminders sent will be reviewed and approved by this position. This position oversees the setup and maintenance of recurring credit card and bank draft charges.
