The Assistant Director of Athletics reports to the Director of Athletics and Recreation on all matters related to the position description listed below. This position supports the Director of Athletics in all aspects of the department’s operations, including but not limited to athletic program management, compliance with regulations, promotion of student-athlete achievements, and enhancement of athletic facilities. The successful candidate will excel at working in a community that is broadly diverse with regard to race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, nationality, sexual orientation, and religion. Areas of responsibility are as follows: Responsible for the oversight and execution of the department’s efforts in varsity and recreational event management and operations.
