Responsible for managing the entirety of the NCAA compliance functions, education, and enforcement of NCAA, BIG EAST Conference, and DePaul University rules and regulations for student-athletes, coaches, staff members, and donors. Establish and implement processes related to the initial and continuing eligibility of student-athletes in cooperation with Athletic Academic Advising (AAA) and the Athletics Certification Committee. Develop and implement a robust NCAA rules education program for all constituents both within and outside of the University. Maintain student-athlete files/records for the Athletics Compliance Office, ensuring that all required NCAA and BIG EAST Conference documentation is up-to-date and preserved according to the institution's document retention policy. Serve
