University of Oregon/Big Ten Diversity Fellow
The University of Oregon/Big Ten Diversity Fellow will report directly to Associate Athletic Director of Student-Athlete Development and will assist Student-Athlete Development staff to develop and implement innovative programs and individualized support services that empower student-athletes to succeed in college and in life. The fellow will have the chance to interact with Athletic Department staff, campus colleagues, and community partners. The hours will include occasional nights and weekends. Job duties: •Manage all aspects of the Athletic Department’s community service program, O Heroes, including event planning, community relationship building, marketing, student-athlete engagement, and applying service-learning theory to programs •Assist with creation and implementation of Duck
