The Swimming Operations Coordinator will assist the Swimming and Diving coaching staff with administrative day-to-day operations. Duties will include but not limited to: coordinating logistics for team travel ensuring seamless itinerary execution of ground/air transportation, team meals, practice dates/times; maintaining records/receipts for financial reconciliation; assisting in budget/finance; manages student scholarship paperwork; manages student workers, and assists with coordination of on campus recruiting events and visits, and performs related duties as assigned.
