Position Description: The Ticket Operations Coordinator focuses and assists with the operational and administrative aspects of ticketing for the College Football Playoff. The person holding this position will coordinate ticket operations, Playoff Premium ticketing, and other related responsibilities. Supervised by: Director of Premium and Ticket Sales Operations Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for CFB Playoff ticket system of record. Coordinates the management and analysis of data from the ticketing system. Responsible for processing and reconciling ticket transactions for CFB Playoff, CFP Bowl Games, and Playoff Premium. Responsible for the management of event manifests, ticket types and prices, ticket distribution, ticket fulfillment, and venue access management for CFB
