Job Summary:The Indian Hills Community College Athletics Director reports to the President of Indian Hills Community College and serves as a member of the College’s Leadership Team. This person will be responsible for leading all aspects of the Indian Hills Athletic Department. The Athletics Director will provide quality leadership, mentorship, and support to coaches, student-athletes, and athletic personnel across the college’s 19 intercollegiate athletic programs. This person must possess the ability to understand and execute critical components of the role that include student eligibility, fundraising, oversight of personnel, event management, and budgeting.
