JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Director of Development and Member Services will report directly to the Director of Development and Member Services. This position will be responsible for generating revenue for IPTAY while also providing unparalleled customer service and stewardship to all IPTAY members. The assistant director will be expected to meet revenue and productivity goals on a regular basis by completing all assigned duties. This position will interact regularly with internal and athletics staff, university colleagues, and organizational constituents on a regular basis and may oversee full-time staff, contractors, student employees, and/or graduate assistants.
