This posting is for two positions: one with a primary assignment of Football and one with an assignment to be determined. The primary location of this position is the main Cullowhee, NC campus. The Athletic Academic Advisor supports the development of the whole student through the delivery of the following duties and responsibilities: * Monitor academic eligibility and Progress Towards Degree of student-athletes * Serve as first enrollment advisor for all incoming student athletes -new freshmen, transfers, and re-entering * Serve on the Eligibility Certification Committee * Continue as support advisor through graduation for all student athletes * Provide developmental academic advising to student athletes * Provision of academic, eligibility, and personal advising for student-athlete
