The Assistant AD for Academic Success serves as a key member of the executive leadership team for athletics. The position will have a dual report between athletics and academic affairs. The primary responsibility of the position is to lead the academic support initiatives for student-athletes and collaborate with support staff in BEAR Central (Belonging, Equity, Access, and Retention) - the student success office on campus - and the registrar's office to promote student-athlete eligibility, student persistence, and degree completion.
