GRADUATE ASSISTANTSHIP COMPLIANCE & STUDENT-ATHLETE EXPERIENCE INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS BALL STATE UNIVERSITY Intercollegiate Athletics is offering a graduate assistantship beginning Fall 2024, to a person holding a bachelor’s degree who wishes to professionalize her/his athletics administration experience. The successful applicant will work with the Associate Athletic Director and Director of Compliance in all aspects of the Compliance Department and Student Experience areas; assist in all facets of educating, monitoring and enforcing NCAA, Mid-American and Ball State University existing and interim regulations and policies; assist in the pre-season and in-season education programing; assist with day-to-day operations of the department, including student-athlete development
