The University of Tennessee, a member of the Southeastern Conference (SEC) has a twelve-month position available July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. This position is designed to expose the individual to all aspects of a ticket office operation, including learning the Ticketmaster/Archtics ticketing system and customer service. Responsibilities: - Management of all ticket office responsibilities for Olympic sports - Assist with game-day management of football and basketball - Reconciliation of events - Attend meetings and events as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have excellent customer service and communication skills, and a willingness to work nights and weekends.
