VCU Athletics is seeking a talented Assistant Director of Ticket Operations to: - Assist in the management and maintenance of the Athletics Ticket Office; - Coordinate all day-to-day functions of the Ticket Office, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising of hourly staff and graduate assistants; - Serve as the ticket supervisor for select home athletic and all special events; and - Direct the gift acknowledgement process for all gifts to the Ram Athletic Fund, including reconciliation and serving as liaison with the Office of Development and Alumni Relations.
