Job Description: Responsible for safely supporting and staffing the Oxford College pool for all events, including hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling of lifeguards; budget management; equipment inventory; administrative functions and observing and resolving risk management and safety issues. Ensures that through staff recruitment and training, policy development and enforcement, supervision of ongoing maintenance, and that the pool is operated in a safe and compliant manner. Interviews, hires, and manages lifeguards needed to cover all open pool times at Oxford College including, but not limited to credit bearing classes, events, programs, and summer programs.
