The Director of Production will be the lead point of contact for all matters relating to video production for the Broadcast Services department within athletics at the University of Arkansas to include both video board and overall video content for the broadcast services team. The director of production will lead efforts to recruit and hire student staff. Develop and maintain standards of video development and review for a collaborative environment. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
