The Director of Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) Services reports directly to the Associate AD/Compliance and will manage a comprehensive strategy to maximize NIL opportunities for Maryland student-athletes. The Director of NIL Services will coordinate with key department units including development, sponsorship, compliance, marketing and communications to lead Maryland’s NIL Momentum program. The Director of NIL Services will collaborate with development staff to support and guide strategic donor-led partnerships (Collectives) and with compliance staff to appropriately manage a comprehensive strategy to maximize NIL opportunities for Maryland student-athletes.
