The athletics department at Drake University is currently seeking applicants for an Assistant Director for Student-Athlete Excellence to provide support for the academic and personal development of all student-athletes. This position reports directly to the Senior Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Excellence. All of the essential job duties assigned to this position require an understanding of and compliance with the rules of the NCAA, the Missouri Valley Conference, and Drake University. 55% - Manage academic support and continuing eligibility of student-athletes on designated teams in consultation with the Senior Associate Athletics Director. 20% - Design and implement Bulldog Way Life Skills programming. 10% - Prepare and distribute communica
