Job Description The Assistant Director of Compliance serves as a member of the compliance team that is committed to excellence and advancing the vision of the Department of Athletics through its strategic plan. The position works in conjunction with the compliance staff to implement NCAA, Big Ten and The Ohio State University regulations. This position supports elite student-athlete monitoring efforts and serves as the compliance contact for selected sports programs. This position supports the compliance monitoring team and works closely with the coaches, support staff, and student-athletes to ensure adherence to NCAA bylaws.
