Reporting directly to the Deputy Athletics Director/Administration and Policy, and indirectly to the University Senior Director of Compliance, the Senior Associate AD serves as a member of the department’s Leadership Cabinet and is responsible for oversight of all activities related to athletics compliance with the NCAA, Big Ten Conference, Northwestern University bylaws, rules, and regulations.
