POSITION SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is to supervise the Athletics District Facilities custodial staff and assist with the daily management of athletic facilities. This position coordinates daily routine duties for employees, recommends, develops and enforces policies/procedures. Directly responsible for hiring, training and evaluating staff on their technique, performance, and results. Provides quality control by inspecting facilities and furnishings to ensure they are consistently maintained to applicable industry and departmental standards.
