Reporting to the Associate Directors of Events, this position assists with the planning and execution of event management and facility operations for the University of South Florida Athletics Department. Plans, organizes, and coordinates support groups within the Athletic Department, the University, and external groups. Provides leadership and organizational skills prior to, during, and after all athletic events to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all in attendance. Serves as the main point of contact for security, concessions, visiting team, and officials. In addition, ensures that all daily facilities tasks are being handled and planning of facilities projects, repairs, and preventative maintenance are all being well communicated and executed.
