Job Summary   JOB SUMMARY: The Executive Director of Athletics (AD) serves as the senior administrator for the NJCAA Division II intercollegiate athletics and intramural programs.  Reporting directly to the President, the AD contributes to and leads strategic planning, organizational change management, equity-minded practices, program innovation, advancement initiatives, and the purposeful holistic development of student-athletes.
