Under the guidance of the Director of Student-Athlete Development, the Student-Athlete Development Coordinator will assist with all aspects of the student-athlete development program. The Coordinator will have a primary focus on personal enhancement, and community service, and assist with Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) initiatives while providing programming related to supporting underrepresented populations, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and student-athlete engagement and achievement. Secondary support for various Student-Athlete Career and Leadership programming, Black and Gold Networking events, and Student-Athlete Mentorship programs. Additionally, the Student-Athlete Development Coordinator will have the opportunity to serve on a variety of department, conf
