Concession & Retail Operations Manager UNI-Dome Concessions Impact & Responsibilities: Directs and oversees the concessions and retail operations of multiple intercollegiate athletic venues and facilities; develops marketing and promotion plans for these operations; supervises operational staff; plans and coordinates training programs; establishes channels of communication and exchanges ideas with patrons, customers and related supervisory staff; develops vendor relations and procures permanent and perishable inventory and equipment; and assists with strategic and operational planning for concession and retail services.
