The Director of Football Social Media will create, direct, manage & execute the day-to-day social media content of Virginia Tech’s football program. This position is charged with planning & creating engaging content to tell the story of Virginia Tech Football in ways which not only resonates with fans, alums, but also prospective student-athletes. This position will utilize the following social media platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok. Ideal candidates possess a passion for college sports, elite work ethic, experience writing social copy under pressure & an ability to capture photos, create graphics & produce short videos optimized for social environments. The Director of Football Social Media will be embedded with the program year-round. The position repor
