Position Responsibilities: -Develop and administer a comprehensive academic support program provided to a caseload of student-athletes and assist with evaluation; -Meet individually with assigned student-athletes to help them develop learning strategies, goal setting and time management skills; -Work with student-athletes on major choice and career planning, utilizing major maps and other resources; -Assist SASS Athletic Coordinators in monitoring student-athletes’ continuing eligibility; -Create, manage and submit weekly academic reports and updates; -Maintain accurate and detailed written documentation for each student-athlete during their course stay at VCU as required by the NCAA; -Assist with the supervision of the mandatory Study Hall program; -Assist with the daily operations
