Job Summary: The Assistant Athletic Director/Ticket Sales and Operations will be responsible for leading multiple sales campaigns for athletic events and spaces in an attempt to generate new and renewable revenue streams for Redbird Athletics. This position will partner with Development in the generation of leads sheets and sales strategies. This position will be responsible for creating a sales training program that inspires subordinates to continuously improve and drive revenue while maximizing potential of sales team. This position oversees the daily operations of the Redbird Athletics sales team and ticketing team. This position will focus on implementing strategic and industry-specific best practices for managing an efficient and effective ticket operation, both from an internal persp
