Implement and integrate the sport development pathway (e.g., college athletic system, affiliate organizations) to strengthen and grow efforts to support Team USA’s current and future success on the field of play, with a focus on Summer Olympic & Paralympic sport. Lead the annual execution of the USOPC Pathway Project, including NCAA elite legislation and Enhanced Operation Gold. Duties may also include assisting with other departmental priorities (e.g., Games support, collegiate campaign, event management).

•  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in collegiate athletics or Olympic & Paralympic Movement
• Knowledge of the Olympic & Paralympic Movement and collegiate athletics system
• Experience in data management, strategic planning, and executive-level communications
• Experience with engaging/communicating among various stakeholders
