General Information The California Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) is a twelve-member conference consisting of twelve California State University (CSU) system public institutions. The CCAA has enjoyed a rich history of regional and national success in both academics and athletics. The CCAA is a NCAA Division II conference. The CCAA Commissioner is the chief administrative officer of the CCAA and is directly accountable to and retained by the Board of Presidents. The Commissioner will serve as an exofficio non-voting member of the Board of Presidents and Presidents Steering Committee (Chair, Past Chair, and Incoming Chair), and other CCAA committees.
