The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Director of Administrative Operations to serve as the lead on special projects assigned by the Director of Athletics and coordinate work flow and staff support for those projects. Serves as a primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. Provides strategic administrative support for the Director of Athletics, activities to include managing the schedule/calendar, making travel arrangements, responding to correspondence on behalf of the Director of Athletics, and managing critical and confidential issues as appropriate. Represents the Administration in meetings and events at the University and the UAA when required.
