This position is intended to provide a practical, hands-on experience in the area of student-athlete academic advising while pursuing a graduate degree at the University of Florida. The position will assist in: conducting academic meetings with assigned student-athletes to monitor academic progress, degree progress, and continuing eligibility; providing support with administrative tasks and daily operations of the Content Tutorial Program; utilizing various computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) and student databases (myUFL, Canvas, and TeamWorks); preparing and submitting student-athlete academic reports to advisors and coaches; and coordinating department events.
