The Director of Athletics shall: Lead and motivate coaching staff. Create and maintain budgets for the athletics department, including: Operations budget, Support staff payroll budget, Scholarship budget. Strategic planning. Establish and maintain relationships with key donors, vendors, supporters both on and off campus. Coordinate and facilitate sports discipleship plan. Maintain relations with applicable conferences, member institutions, and non-member institutions. Maintain relations with student-athlete alumni. Coordinate institutional reporting for athletics programs. Administer all responsibilities in accordance with all applicable NCAA rules and guidelines. Maintain membership in the NCCAA.
