Essential Job Functions This position reports to the Controller with dotted line to the Athletic Director and guides financial and/or accounting staff performing work in multiple finance functional areas and participates in day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and reports, and/or supervises staff. This position also recommends and implements fiscal policies and advises on development of processes in support of efficient and compliant reporting. Prepares NCAA/EADA reports and leads the annual audit. Another aspect of this role includes serving as department liaison with Human Resources.
