The Director of Spirit Programs & Community Outreach will be responsible for oversight and supervision of the Razorback Spirit Squads including Cheerleaders, Pom Squad and Mascots. Have supervision of assistant coaches and serve as the Advisor to the Razorback Booster Club. This position will coordinate practices, clinics, conduct tryouts, purchase and maintain equipment, uniforms and supplies, manage the budget and monitor the academic progress of squad members. They will be responsible for gameday activities to include assisting the athletics marketing and fan engagement unit as needed with promotions and development of pre-game, halftime and post-game logistics.
