The Event Coordinator will coordinate, plan, and organize activities associated with events and meetings held in The Coliseum and around campus. This position is responsible for the daily operations and events for all athletic facilities, including The Coliseum and UWG Athletics Complex. These responsibilities include planning, organizing, communicating, and coordinating all activities associated with athletic, non-athletic, and third party events. This position will require leading meetings with campus partners and vendors to plan for the safety and satisfaction of both clients and patrons attending events. This position will assist in managing the master calendar for all athletic event spaces using EMS software.
