General Description: The Director of Athletics is responsible for the overall management of the University's intercollegiate athletics programs, serves as a member of cabinet, and reports directly to the Chief Student Experience Officer of the University. Specific duties include supervision of sports programs, strategic planning, fundraising, and compliance with all University and NAIA policies. Additionally, the Director is responsible for leading an Athletics Department with a common vision reflected in athletic, as well as academic excellence, while promoting an atmosphere of gender equity and diversity, and fostering a strong supportive environment for all student-athletes.
