USC Athletics is looking to hire an Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development to join our staff and student community of 600+ individuals. This role is responsible for building and overseeing the day-to-day operations of a comprehensive student-athlete development program under the direction of the Executive Senior Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Development. This role will direct the planning, coordination and delivery of services and education related to leadership, personal development, and career planning, for approximately 600 student-athletes across 21 sports.
