This position oversees the planning, organization, and daily operations of the Athletics Compliance program. The Associate/Senior Associate Athletics Director for Compliance directs all aspects of the NCAA compliance program, including, but not limited to: (1) developing procedures and policies to monitor and ensure compliance with the university, NCAA, and conference rules and regulations in the areas of recruiting, financial aid, amateurism, and initial and continuing eligibility; (2) providing interpretations and education to student-athletes, coaches, staff, campus, and community constituents; (3) completing waivers and reporting violations; (4) maintaining institutional control; and (5) coordinating campus liaisons in the Offices of Admissions, Registrar, Financial Aid, and Inte
