Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Program Coordinator II (Ticket Operations Coordinator) for the Athletics Ticket Office. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Provides professional assistance, under the supervision of the Director of Ticket Operations, with the operation of the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office. Executes all aspects of Ticket Office operations including ticket fulfillment, processing, promotions, and customer service. Leads all ticket operations activities and serves as the primary liaison for Rutgers Women’s Basketball, Men’s Lacrosse, and Outside Events (including but not limited to High School Football, High School Basketball and Commencement Ceremonies).
