Principal Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate the delivery of academic support services to assigned student-athletes. Provide specific eligibility counseling and academic support to student-athletes to ensure progress toward educational objectives. Stay abreast of and ensure adherence to any and all NCAA, Mid-American Conference and Eastern Michigan University policies, rules, regulations, and operational procedures. Assist in the planning and organization of a comprehensive learning program for student-athletes, including contact with professors, mentoring and tutorial needs. Provide intensive academic monitoring and tracking of academically at-risk student-athletes and/or at-risk teams. Coordinate student affairs programs and/or other projects
