Primary Purpose Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Athletics for Student-Athlete Services, the Coordinator of Student-Athlete Development will support, guide, and promote student-athlete development while promoting an environment of academic excellence and fostering student success and retention. This individual will develop and implement life skills programming, provide academic counseling, monitor academic progress toward degree graduation and NCAA eligibility, provide guidance to support academic success, and connect student-athletes to campus resources.
