The Assistant Athletics Director for Compliance & Student Services will provide leadership to a comprehensive athletics program consisting of 17 men’s and women’s intercollegiate sports. This position oversees compliance and student services initiatives for the Department of Athletics and serves as a liaison to many campus committees and services (academic records, financial aid, student conduct, etc). This position must be able to identify NCAA eligibility requirements and work individually with student-athletes to monitor eligibility and make advising recommendations based on individual status. Must be able to identify multiple layers of NCAA bylaws and then apply them to student-athlete eligibility. Will need to attend regular NCAA training to ensure we are keeping up on changes to NC
